Situated in a traditional Languedocian courtyard the property was recently renovated and overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. Ground floor: fully fitted kitchen, including micro-wave, dishwasher, oven and hob, large fridge and deep freeze. Sitting/dining room and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower and washbasin, separate toilet. Upstairs one double room with en-suite bathroom and washbasin, twin bedroom with en-suite shower and washbasin, separate toilet. Outside private terrace surrounded by pretty oleanders with table, chairs and barbecue. Washing machine. Wine tasting and visit of the cellar are included in your holiday. Home sports include badminton, table tennis, pétanque and table football. Walking and cycling in private grounds of over 250 acres.

Guests tell us that there is so much to do,they haven’t time to see everything. We are near to historical Béziers and Pézenas and mediterranean beaches: Marseillan, Cap d’Agde, Valras Plage, Portiragnes. Walking, canoeing, fishing in the splendid vallée de l’Orb also nearby. Carcassonne, one hour, Montpellier three quarters of an hour. Adjacent to Béziers 18 hole Golf Course Saint Thomas. Restaurants and shops just 10 minutes drive, tennis courts and riding school too. Local festivals throughout the summer. From sightseeing, to sports, to sampling fantastic wines and local dishes there’s something for everyone in this unspoilt corner of France.
