Spacious character village house in the heart of the winegrowing area of the Minervois, 20 minutes from Carcassonne with its beautiful fortified city, 30 minutes from Narbonne and about 50 minutes from the Mediterranean coast with its fabulous beaches.

The house has a large, private garden with secure parking, an upper terrace and a courtyard. It has a large barbecue area and outside shower! It has oil fired central heating. There are two large bedrooms (two single beds in one, a double in the other), a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine, large lounge with 4 seater sofa and armchair, and downstairs toilet. The bathroom has a shower and hand basin and there is a separate toilet. All linen, towels etc. included in the price. Please note electricity and heating are not included in the price from October to April. Long term lets available. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
