Through the front door and you enter the living room (45 m2) which is divided into a dining and sitting areas. Leather arm chairs, sofa, piano, huge dining table, open fire place all give an impression of comfort and quality. There is a television and video supplied.

Off the living room is a library (30m²) with more comfortable seating and a staircase leading up to a mezzanine floor with a small sitting area and views over Mont Ventoux.

There is a fully equipped kitchen boasting oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Good quality cooking utensils and table ware.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: two doubles(15m2 and 12m2), and a twin bedded room(10m2), and also a bathroom with bath, bidet and wash-basin.

Off the mezzanine is a twin bedded room (Chambre Verveine), with french windows giving out onto a roof terrace (70m²) with views over the parkland in one direction and towards Mont Ventoux in the other. The terrace is part shaded for your comfort and has stairs leading back down to the garden. There is a shower room and a wc on this floor.

Up the stairs and there is another double bedded room (Chambre Violine) with attractive exposed beams and startling views over the countryside and Mont Ventoux.

One of the terraces has a dining table and is fully equipped for out door eating.

The Grounds

The private swimming pool (8x4m x 1.5m deep) is about 45 yards away from the house and the tennis court ( resurfaced in 2000) is about 100 yards away.You will also find a table tennis table and a 'baby foot' next to the pool.

Otherwise peace and tranquillity in the private 2.5 acres of park surrounde by vines and woods.

Special Terms & Conditions:
- 30% deposit upon booking and the rest 8 weeks before arrival date.
- Breakages/cleaning deposit = cheque for €2990.
- Maid service can be provided at €10 per hour. (end-of-stay cleaning = €150)
- Bedlinen is included in High & Mid season. In Low season available on request at €10 per bed.
Towels are available on request: €10 per person (1 bath, 1 hand & 1 beach towel).
- Electricity: upto 100 KWhrs per week is included in rental price.
- No pets unless the owner has given permission.

Highlights of Provence such as Gordes, Mont Ventoux, Saint Remy de Provence, Avignon and the Luberon are all within easy reach. For the more active there is horse riding 8km away and golf 20kms away ACCESS International airports: Avignon, Marseille, Nimes (Ryanair to Stanstead - London). Railway: TGV to Avignon from Paris - approx.3,20hrs.
