The lounge is very tastefully furnished and has all the luxuries of TV (with English satellite), video, DVD and CD players with an extensive library of reference books, popular videos, DVD's and CD's for your pleasure.

The main bedroom has wooden parquet flooring and is very light and airy. The bed will be made up for your arrival with freshly ironed white cotton bed linen. The main bathroom (complete with luxurious towels and bath oils) consists of bath (with shower over), washbasin and bidet. The separate toilet is next to the bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom has it\'s own shower room and toilet.

At present the kitchen is undergoing a complete transformation to create a wonderful modern space for all your cooking needs with a brand new 'professional' oven and hob. There is also a new vast fridge/freezer, microwave and is of course equipped with all the pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware - everything you\'ll need for cooking your own special dinner. There is of course a dishwasher.

The washing machine is in its own cupboard off the entrance hall.

Directly outside the kitchen doors is situated a lovely patio with table and chairs for dining \'al-fresco\' with built-in bar-b-q.

But why cook for yourself if you\'re in holiday as on the other side of the Pont de Réals (3 minutes walk) is the delightful restaurant of the Auberge de Pont de Réals with a warm and welcoming atmoshere, amazing value food and a wonderful view over the gorge itself.

The villa's garden contains many interesting trees and plants and will be fully maintained during your stay. The 4 metre hexagonal pool is ideal for cooling off after a hot afternoon of sun worshipping! With the wonderful setting beyond why need for anything more...........

The beautiful town of Cessenon-sur-Orb, with no less than 4 restaurants to choose from during the summer season is only 4klms away and Murviel-le-Beziers, a \'circulade village\' is only 4 klms in the opposite direction. The major town of Beziers itself is only 20 minutes drive with its colourful flower market on Fridays and a whole range of restaurants and boutiques, not forgetting the Feria in August when the whole of Spain comes to town - Fiesta. You can even get to the Mediterranean beaches in just 40 minutes including Cap d\'Agde the largest nudist beach in Europe! The charming town of Narbonne is also worth a visit with many long and beautiful sandy beaches beyond. Further down is the historical town of Perpignan and further still is Spain. The drive from here to Barcelona is just over 3 hrs where you can discover first hand the amazing architecture of Gaudi. The Dali museum is situated just across the border at Figueres and what was Dali\'s holiday home on the coast is now also a museum in the stunning coastal resort of Cadaques. Fairy tale Carcassonne, the most complete Medieaval walled city in Europ, is a must for anyone visiting the region, only an hours drive from the villa. If wine tasting is your forte the villa is situated in the StChinian appellation region with ample opportunity to visit many domaines where you can taste and buy the local wine direct from the growers. StChinian itself has a wine tasting centre, and a wonderful market on Sunday mornings selling all sorts of local produce.
